This workshop offers exercises for 2D design basics and is appropriate for visual artists of all levels looking to develop their skill set toward creating 2D art works that will express their own interests, ideas and artistic voice. Week 1: Explore composition through shapes with sketching and collage techniques
Week 2: Explore color through examples and sketches using full color, limited color, and mono chromatic palettes
Week 3: Develop a composition to execute in a medium of your choice (drawing, painting, collage, or mixed media)
